Special report “The effectiveness of EU support in the area of freedom, security and justice for Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine” examines the achievements of EU assistance and analyses reasons for underperformance. It also looks at the extent to which the Commission had a process in place to take into account lessons learned for continued assistance in this field. The report contains detailed recommendations which could help the Commission increase the effectiveness of support given to the three countries.
